Superbalist.com ****med me bad service

On the 1 of July this month my order was cancelled, no one called me to let me know, I called Superbalist to find out what is going on they told me my order was cancelled because they don’t have stock i told them to return my money they returned the money to Superbalist’s wallet not my bank account I called again they told me to send my banking details again I did and waited for seven days I called again after 7 days they told me my banking details were not correct I sent again and waited still my money was not in I called again they told me the same story again that my banking details were not correct even though I sent a different bank account I sent again but up until today I haven’t received my money I believe I have been ****med by Superbalist my R750 is gone just like that I just want to delete the app and forget 😰
