Superbalist.com is ******!

This company does not deliver packages to non-english/afrikaans addresses on time. I made a purchase on July 25th, quite a significant amount. I was supposed to receive my package on the 28th of July, that never happened. Instead of getting my package, I got a message saying I should wait for another delivery date (as if I hadn't wasted enough time waiting for a package they knew they were not going to deliver!). My wife made a purchase on the 28th of July and gave her work address, Bell Street, and english address that is literally 5 minutes from where we live. Her package was delivered right on schedule, 2nd August, while I mine was delayed yet another time. What's more disturbing is that they will claim that they will get ****** in my neighbourhood, which has never happened because I ask the other courier drivers that also deliver goods that I purchase online. In fact, they are more likely to get ****** at the english address because the location is quite secluded so they would be easy targets. But unfortunately, the legacy of apartheid is still part of the fabric in South Africa's businesses. I have to suffer because the delivery address I gave is not english or afrikaans, even though I spent much more than the customer who was treated way better than me because the delivery address happens to be english, Bell Street. WOW!!!!
