Superbalist.com is no longer the best

I have never been this disappointed with Superbalist. Superbalist.com has always been the best in service delivery, but they have failed me this time. I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered on the 3rd of Dec 2024 and it still has not been delivered. What has happened to communication informing me about the delay? Please prioritize your customers. Please deliver my parcel ASAP or refund me if you have run out of stock.
