Superbalist.com is doing me so wrong

I've tried to communicate with them so many time, my contact number is wrong on my parcels, I alway talk to them but it with no success my orders always go back cause of this, no matter how much I talk to them its always the same, on Twitter they don't even respond until my order is sent back. They always try to blame but my number on the app I order from is correct and takealot orders have my correct number. Hey never respond to emails, on thir app or on the dm on Twitter
