Superbalist.com is *********** and INEFFICIENT!

I bought Veldskoen Chelsea boot - farmer - brown & grey( UK 12) for R559 today (28/04/2023) + paid R60 for them to be delivered tomorrow (29/04/2023). A few hours later, I receive an SMS indicating that my order has been cancelled and a refund has been processed to my credit card and will reflect within 3 to 5 days. I did not cancel my order nor did Superbalist.com communicate with me that my order is/will be cancelled. A horrible way of doing business, with zero consideration! I will no longer shop here if this is how ya'll decide to treat your loyal customers!!!!!
