Superbalist.com is a fat ****

I purchased Chuck Taylor shoes on the 29th August 21, I received them 1st Sep 21, I realised they were too small, I requested an exchange, I received emails,smses saying they would be collected on the 6th, nothing happen. I called the call centre and got a lame excuse of 3rd party courier service which I feel has nothing to do with me as I have paid. I called frustrated now asking for a refund again I was told they will collect 10th, nothing again they said the 14th nothing, I want to use my money for something else, it's delaying me, even when they eventually come collect I'm still at their mercy to pay me back as they want to inspect the shoes. People stay away from Superbalist.com they are like Takealot. They are quick when they take your money, and to think of it I wanted an exchange but a frustrated me wants nothing to do with them anymore.
