Superbalist.com I want my order!!

I placed an order on the 26th of November at Superbalist.com, everything went well and my order was being "processed" and I should be expecting my delivery on the 3rd of December. On the 27th of November when I was tracking the order it wrote there " In transit to distribution". I sent them an email on the 4th of December because the 3rd had passed by and I hadn't received my order, they rep**** by telling me they will check it. On the 5th I called them the lady that I had spoken to 'Bongie' was very rude i told her my problem she didn't give me a solution and said they will look into it. I called again on Thursday the 6th I spoke to a different lady called Fikile, Fikile helped me a bit and told me she spoke to people from their warehouse and that at the warehouse they say that they have sent out the order to the couriers!! I still haven't received my tracking number!!! I have run out of patience because this is the second week and they don't seem to be bothered with their customers whatsoever. I need the order, I placed the order online because it was more convenient for me but clearly Superbalist.com doesn't take anyone seriously, the order number is ********** . When will they help me with this, I am sick and tired of waiting, it's been two weeks but still there is no delivery made. To this day when I check my order it still says 'In transit to distribution'
