Superbalist.com frustration

I made an order with superbalist on the 25th of last month , I got an sms notifying me the delivery will be made on the 28th of the same month which is June . Even now I'm still waiting , it was my first time making an order with superbalist. I emailed their client concierge team twice but I get an automatic reply every time , I tried calling their contact number but their unavailable due to covid restrictions. I'm frustrated because I ordered formal wear that I need for an event this weekend.
