Superbalist.com - From your customer, Chopped liver

Bought curtains , which the normal life span of this specific product is more or less 10 years and more. When buying curtains, you don't expect to wear it a few times and the seams start fraying. As you can imagine when I washed my curtains that I bought 2 years ago (I didn't use them immediately) for the 1st time in the machine and the eyelets started falling out I was not happy. I love shopping at Superbalist.com , however I am truly being treated like chopped liver regarding this situation as I was blown off like leave on a windy autumn day haha. I am probably not as important a customer as some others, perhaps I don't spend enough money in their opinion to have to treat me loike gold. Being in the retail industry myself, I am fully aware that my customer is the core of my business. No customer , No sale... regardless the size of the sale. I worked in e-commerce myself and remember the effort I put in to retain a customer. So with that said , Superbalist, my issue is not money here , my issue is that you truly made me feel insignificant as your customer , as if I am only as good as my next purchase. To send me a generic email with a 20% discount is a slap in the face. Now I have to purchase from other online stores to get the things I like.
