Superbalist.com Delivery DISASTER!

It is very clear that Superbalist.com simply doesn't care about their client base and the current situation that we are all in.

I placed an order for delivery mid April & accepted that it would only be delivered after the lockdown so I left my work address as the delivery address. Along comes level 4 & Superbalist.com is allowed to deliver goods, but I am still not allowed to go back to the office.

Needless to say, there's nothing you can do to stop the delivery from taking place to your office, you can't change the address, even if you give an alternate delivery address to the driver, they don't care and will attempt the next day again to deliver to the office, which they did. Since then my order has been canceled & I have been refunded 56% of the money I paid, the balance went to the failed delivery attempts.

This is the last time I will every be buying from them. I am poorer and still without my items and Superbalist.com has basically told me to go f*** myself.
