Superbalist.com delivered unidentical shoes and are ignoring my calls to come and collect the wrong shoes

I ordered formal shoes from Superbalist.com. The shoes were delivered. However, I got a shock of my life. The shoes were not identical. I lodged a complaint with the company and got a automatic reply indicating that my matter will be attending in 24 hours. However it has been 2 days now still no communication despite sending them numerous emails. I am so disappointed with Superbalist.com and I would never encourage anyone to buy from Superbalist.com.
