Superbalist.com ******
Superbalist had this sale on Facebook for air force Nike sneakers for R495, I went into the item on the ad on FB and purchased the item, with many other reputable online sites one buys things straight from their website without being a member, they ask one of you would like to login with your Facebook account.
When I received the confirmation of payment, normally with any online purchase, it would give you the order number and date of delivery but it didn’t in this case, I received an email to confirm my payment but it didn’t say superbalist, this raised questions, I called Superbalist and said... Hello my name is ... I purchased an item on your superbalist ad on Facebook but I didn’t get an order number for the Nike Air Force that was on sale, the lady proceeded in asking for my telephone number to search, she said to me that no order shows online and that they would never sell that Nike for R495...
I was surprised that she mentioned the amount as I didn’t mention it, so I asked her how she knew the amount I paid without me mentioning it?
She then said, no we received an email that this **** is happening...
So I ask her why they “Superbalist” didn’t see it fit to inform their customers on their Facebook page?
Her response was that it’s not their responsibility.
This answer was highly disappointing because they could have saved me and many others not to fall for this ****, if it is one, according to them.
I want my money back seeing it was on their Superbalist.com brand on Facebook.
