Superbalist.com **** SERVICE!!

I made an order with Superbalist.com, the order was clearly marked that it will arrive on 22 December 2018 before 2pm. Firstly I realised the address for delivery was at the office in Sandton. I asked for them to change my order but they said they will not be able to do so. I decided to come in the office to wait for the order. 2pm gradually past, I tried to get hold of Superbalist.com but they were closed at the time. I realised the order was being delivered by MrD express, I called Takelot deliver team and I was told none can help. Just as I'm trying to figure out how I can track my order I get an sms saying that it will be delivered before 7pm. I have been sitting here waiting for my order. Superblist.com has a **** service. I never had issues with Spree delivery. If there was issues with my order I was contacted by the driver immediately to indicate they will deliver late.
