Superbalist.com complaint

The purchase was great, the issue started when the shoe and puffer jacket that were supposed to be delivered we're late. Secondly they called me with a private nunber once when I called back on the telephone number on the site no answer. Yerstaday I sent an email proveded them with an alternative number to deliver and yet they cancelled my delivery and sent me a abrupt email telling I'll be refunded however I never asked for that. How does a company such Superbalist.com just go ahead doing refunds without any verbal consent let alone finding other resolutions before going to the last resort!?.

Worst experience ever.
