Superbalist.com Caleb and Graig are the worst!

I logged a return, Superbalist is refusing to refund me, I dealt with Caleb and Graig who insisted that they have made a refund, of which he sent me proof of payment that shows incorrect account details, when I made them aware of that they said I must ask my bank to help me, how can my bank fix their error, it makes no sense at all for them to even type such and send to me. This has been the worst treatment i've ever recieved from any shop, I will never ever buy from them again.
