Superbalist.com are *******s

I have placed an order in March with Superbalist, They just cancelled the order and stated I will be refunded in 5 days. Its already the 8th April, more that 3 weeks and I have received no refund. Its not right for a company to just ***** our money. I have sent numerous emails as well as telephoned(Which never gets answered). Its just plain theft!!! Could Superbalist please respond!!!
