Superbalist.com are ******** !

I have never had such a horrible experience with them before. I ordered clothing on Sunday to be collected at the Alberton Pickup, only to get a confirmation on Monday morning to say that it is going to be delivered to a business address that I have no relation to. Phoned their support line only to deal with 4 people who tell me there's nothing they can do about and they cannot transfer me to a manager because they work remotely. They claim that the app is automated and it is my fault for selecting that address but I've never even heard of that address before and they now are refusing to cancel the order and I have to collect the order from a Johannesburg warehouse that is unknown. I've been shopping with them for such a long time and they have been so helpful in the past but all of sudden you received the most pathetic service a person can imagine. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !
