Superbalist.com absolute waste of time

Placed an order for some shoes for this weekend. Delivery didn't happen on Thursday the scheduled day for some unknown reason. Then on Friday i received a message saying the item has been dispatched. At about 12 30 I contacted their customer service informing them that my office closes at 14:00 and I would like an update. 14:00 came and I waited outside the office till 14:30. After such time i contacted them and asked to inform the delivery service to contact me when they got to the premises. I then went to the coffee shop and waited there till 17:00. When such time came about I contacted customer service again and asked what was happening only to be informed that they delivery service had been to site and left. So the whole time waiting at down the road was an absolute waste. So now the shoes that were planned for and expected for the weekend will be arriving on Monday (so they say) 5 days after the scheduled delivery date. Terrible service, absolute first and LAST time my friend (who waited at the coffee shop with me) and I will ever use this company to buy any items.
