Superbalist.com a disappointment

I purchased a pack of two t-shirts inside from superbalist.com on Saturday 30 April 2022 which was on special in different sizes but I chose a size medium as a birthday gift and accidentally added the item twice and deleted my original size medium and I only noticed a hour later I deleted the wrong size and instead it showed I purchased a extra small .

I immediately contacted Superbalist.com via email twice to please help me with right size medium as it obviously did not leave their warehouse yet but on Monday 2nd May 2022 their concierge desk lady said there is nothing they can do and only when they send it and I received it I can do a exchange or return what a stupid policy instead of helping me they making it a difficult procedure I mean they still have it in their possession what difference does it make if I send it back for them to first inspect damages . Why can they not pick up a phone and make call or email it's as easy as that and the problem is solved computers don't prepare packages humans do it's really ridiculous but one thing is clear that I will not ever buy from Superbalist.com again they just lost a customer . If they cannot go the extra mile what are they ?
