Am very disappointed at Superbalist order no. *** , I have logged a collection with them within their policy return and unfortunately I was not available and I call their call center to arrange for another date for them to come and collect the order no one come , i tried tried to log a return again I couldn't to that because their system actually rejected my return ,without communicating with me. I called again spoke to one of their call center agencies Clint and explained to him the whole situation then he told me I can log a return on the system he fixed everything "that reject order "but I couldn't log a return again , today its my 4th call and spoke to Clint and he advised me that there is nothing he could do if the order is rejected how pathetic is that "NOTHING WE CAN DO ON THIS STAGE"now am sitting with the item I no longer need and they said there is nothing they can do , I think that's BAD service . AM SITTING WITH THE ORDER I NO LONGER NEED , WHAT MUST I DO WITH THIS ITEM , I BOUGHT FROM IT FROM SUPERBALIST
