Its been over 2 and a half weeks and no response, money gone and nothing for it.

I placed an order for two ****s, when it came it did not fit, so I returned it. They said the returns are canceled due to stock shortage. its been over 2 and a half weeks waiting. I asked for a refund or even website credits or even 2 new shirts. but nothing! what a disappointment! cant be trusted anymore.
