superbalist your corriers arent delivering COD orders

i orderes items from superbalist a cash on delivery to my work address. these items were low stock items and the whenever i track my order it says ithe below. please note that no corrier has contacted me to check at recieption and when i checked with reception there was never a corrier even the securites confirmed. now im without the items and the items are out of stock. im really not happy about this. is it coz its a COD delivery that is making the corrier take the ****? please check into this as alot of clientelle will be lost as a result of this. i had sim**** issie with take alot but fortunaitly in that instance i wanted to cancel the items anyway
