Superbalist, you dassapoiny me!!!

From my recent experience & my opinion Pathetic service from Superbalist!! Order # ***0 I placed an order, got confirmation after my payment went through. Now Superbalist refuses to deliver my order at the ordered price, due to THEIR system canceling my order. Worse still they are holding onto my money like *******! The order was placed on 08.01.2023, do date, I haven't received my order & they are holding onto my money. Screenshots of my order confirmation, confirmation of payment & my bank statement & not a peep from them in response.
