Superbalist Worn Items Delivered

Bought a dress online paid cash for it only to discover up opening the package after collection the same day it's a second hand dress worn by someone already. Dirty, full of stains, reeks of perfume and to top it off the under arm area of the dress still smells like the person's sweating arm pits!!! What a disgrace how did this even pass the quality check control upon return of the item and when this was packaged to me as the purchaser? No hygiene standards and clearly no regard for the money I paid. This is unacceptable I want this matter sorted out just as quick as my money was debited and the parcel delivered! It took me less than 10mins to discover yet it was still packaged to me which means the employee needs to be held responsible causing major inconvenience.
