Superbalist won’t refund me an order that they cancelled!

I made a purchase of 4 Polo T-Shirts that were R798.00 in total, few days later I received an email that they were cancelling 3 of those T-Shirts and the refund amount would be R598.00 as each one was R199.00 I recieved a refund of only one T-shirt which is R199.00 since then I’ve been sending emails and calling for the other 2 to be refunded and I’m given excuses every time. I even went as far as sending my bank statement because they kept telling me that all the refunds were processed at the same time! This is so frustrating,I’m never buying from Superbalist and Takealot ever again! I might as well forget about my money cause clearly I was ****med!
