Superbalist won't pay my refund

I ordered shoes on 28 August(order ***5). The order was supposed to automatically cancel 7 days after that as I did not fetch my parcel. To date I am still logging queries about my outstanding refund and every communication that comes back(emails/consultants) tell me that my order is canceled and my refund will be processed. I am beyond frustrated with this shockingly poor service.
