Superbalist won't allow me to exchange items bought

Superbalist also won't allow me to exchange board shorts. The sizes I bought are too small. All customer service can say is "sorry the items you bought are non refundable or exchangeable". I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager is going to tell me the same thing. I sad I still want to speak to one. I now await the phone call. They are not even trying to help me. Any other clothing store would allow for exchanges.
