Superbalist withholding my refund for no good reason

I have asked Superbalist 3 times now to process my refund and they have not. This is ridiculously poor service. I have never had a bad experience before but this battle to get the large sum of money I spent on this app is leaving a very bad taste for me. I have asked for a status update and I have not received any replies. There is no good reason for the extended delay.
