Superbalist will not give me back my refund!!!!🤦🤦

It's been over two weeks since I've been asking for my refund. Superbalist will ignore your emails, not contact you to explain what could be causing the delay. They said the refund will be processed between 3-5 working days. It's now two weeks! When I follow up, they say they will find out what could be causing the delay and then get back to you! But they never get back to you! Very disappointed as I'm such a loyal customer and did not expect this from a brand like superbalist. They REFUSE to give me back my refund! I'm writing this review to warn others that if you want a refund you may not ever receive it. I'm so disappointed in this company!
