SUPERBALIST WILL NOT GIVE ME BACK MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!

Superbalist is the WORST company in the world! I have had to go through at least 7 agents just to get them to process my Refund: Amilia. M, who said my items were returned on the 31st of December and my Refund will be processed between 3-5 working days, followed up on the 3rd of January, they told me sorry, the Warehouse has not processed it, it will be processed 3-5 working days, Followed up again, Lutho.Q, said sorry it has not been processed. It will be processed 3-5 working days. Followed up again, Lerato.S said sorry not processed, it will be processed between 3 to 5 working days. Called again this morning, spoke to Yandiswa.N who said "nope, this has not been processed". When I ask why, she said she does not know! When I ask to speak to her manager or someone in Management, she got irritated and said her manager is in a meeting and is not taking calls or emails today, so unfortunately not. I must send her my banking details on email and whatever complaint I have she will give to her manager after her meeting. I believe I have written over 15 emails following up on my refund most of them are not attended to or there is simply no response when I have complained on email so I wanted to talk to someone to find out what exactly is happening and why is my Refund not been processed. Yandiswa.N was so irritated and annoyed! This is the most unprofessional and worst encounter I have experienced with a brand of this calibre. I did not expect to have such an experience. Whatever you do, don't purchase at superbalist expecting a refund if you have returned an item. THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK TO YOU!!!!!! Forget about complaining because your complaints will go IGNORED!!!! I have complained on social media, just like how I am doing now, dololo, no reply. I have complained on Instagram, dololo no reply. I have gone onto HelloPeter, dololo no reply. Their customer agents get annoyed and irritated when you try to SPEAK to someone to explain and say their managers are in a meeting. I have had it. I JUST WANT MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
