This must be the worst service I have ever received in my entire life! I have logged a refund 5 days ago, 5 days later I am still waiting for fund to be reversed into my account. Every time I call their call center, I receive a different piece of information. With one consultant actually telling me that I may even have to wait until the end of the month in order to receive my money.
