superbalist what a shocker

I am so upset as i bought a pair of @superga on superbalist last week, i got home placed the shoes in my cupboard and threw away the box. once i tried the shoes on this weekend i realized they actually to big for me, i went on line to do a return, the courier company came to collect me brand new untouched or worn shoes and took a photo of the perfect condition shoes. The next day the courier company came back to my office to tell me that superbalist has rejected my return as it does not have a box!! but on top on this the shoes are returned full of black scuff marks and in a shocking state! i called customer service for them to tell me it was not their responsibility but rather mine that the shoes were not packaged for the return and there is nothing they can do! so first my return was rejected because i threw the shoe box away and second i need to keep the shoes that were returned damaged. this is truly not acceptable at i work for a retail giant and we do not reject returns due to a customer not having the shoe box! what a bitter pill to swallow that they were returned to me full of black marks!!
