Superbalist unreliable delivery

No show for delivery and and have the audacity to send me this "18:09 Thu 26 Apr We tried to deliver your order today, but couldn’t. Recipient wasn't available to take delivery, so we'll reschedule"

Which is complete lies , at least if inform me if you will not be able to make the delivery so that i can at least me make use of the rest of the day after being stuck at home waiting for your delivery. I'm disappointed.
