Superbalist unreliable 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I ordered 3 items on Superbalist on the 23rd March 2024 and i received the items and returned one item due to the size being small. I then requested for a refund to be credited into my bank account and not my wallet on the App, as I wanted my money back. It has been almost two months and they are taking me from pillar to post. I have provided them with my banking details and have contacted them through phone calls and emails, however, my matter has not been resolved. I have completely lost all hope, as they have sent me two proof of transactions, however funds have not reflected in my bank account and I have provided proof i.e account statements, proving that indeed funds have not reflected in my account.
