Superbalist - unacceptable

(Order ***4.)I placed two items in a single order and selected the correct delivery address at checkout. However, after one item was cancelled due to unavailability, the delivery address for the remaining item was incorrectly changed on your system. I notified your support team multiple times via email before delivery, clearly indicating that the address was incorrect and that the error originated from your side. Despite this, the order was still processed and delivered to the wrong address. This situation is unacceptable, as I took reasonable steps to prevent the issue, yet no corrective action was taken.
