Superbalist took me for a ride

I bought 3 tops on 13 October, immediate payment went through in the early hours or 14 October. On 20 October they informed me due to "non-payment" my order has been cancelled. I went to my bank, who confirmed that payment went through to Superbalist on 14 October. My bank could not reverse the payment, because I made an immediate payment. Superbalist are not willing to refund my money. I am livid. R407 is not too much to loose, but it is the principle that bothers me. I paid for goods that I never received. If they catch clients like this daily, even just one person per day, then they can make a lot of money. To me this is theft. I paid, and received NOTHING in return. It is not on, I am really a very unhappy client. I will NEVER buy from them again. NEVER!!!!
