SUPERBALIST *******

This poor excuse for a company collected my return on the 6 May and I have STILL not received my refund! I have been emailing and calling their USELESS customer service department and all they can tell me “I will escalate it and call you back” I never receive call backs. How are they so bad at doing their jobs??? That whole call centre needs to be sacked! How does a company take a month to do a simple refund? Are you kidding me??? If I could give this company zero stars I would. I hope this reaches the right people because I think this is completely unacceptable how they are withholding my money for an item that they collected.
