Superbalist Theft

I ordered 12 items on Superbalist and 8 items got cancelled. I was not notified about it at all. Only when I called did they tell me and say it was due to a “system error”. They only then processed my return. It’s been over a month of back and forth calling and emailing and STILL no refund of my money. I have customer care promising people will call me and days go by and nothing. It is outrageous that their issue results in taking my money and countless hours spent trying to get it back which seems to be in vain. I will never shop there again and would strongly recommend people don’t either! I’ve been a valued and very supportive customer for years and very disappointed in the customer care and professionalism.
