I purchased a shoe with this ********* company. I returned it for a bigger size, they claimed its dirty. I returned a cleaned item in good order and confirming to their return policy.

We as customers do not have a view what happens with our items when it picked up and we just have to accept their word that it was returned in a unsatisfactory condition. - BULL **** !!

I informed them multiple times to refund me or send the correct shoe size. They wont. They made it dirty. *****s. I trusted them and their policies that's the reason I decided to purchase online - this was also my 1st purchase. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I have never experienced such *** service. The Government departments deliver better services!

Please help to get this matter resolved
