Superbalist terrible service

Hi disgusted with their service. My wife ordered a sneaker for me. Came through and box states 8, but is s size 7 in the box. Called their call centre and it will take a week to get a refund from them and to collect item. I asked for a manager and no one could come onto the phone. The box was dusty as well. Now am hoping will get my refund. I have lost faith in this company and shocking that they false advertising and seems no quality control Dont trust this company any longer. Their managers dont even have the decency to call you and apologise. They go against consumer rights.
