Superbalist terrible service

I have so many bad experiences with Superbalist. 1st I ordered an adidas superstar which had a defect, I returned the product and was told it was sent back to the manufacturer to sort out and be replaced. This was done a month ago, nodody provides an update. I have to continuously do a follow up. At this rate I will receive my good after Christmas.

The 2nd issue was a payment which was made by myself and I used the incorrect reference. This I pointed out to Superbalist, proof of payment was sent and they had acknowledged the payment and incorrect reference. To be refunded I was told could take up to 10 working days. Now I made 2 payments, only 1 was refunded just 2 days ago. Note this has always been over a month. I have wasted too much money on airtime doing a follow up as nobody has the decency to acknowledge their mess up but keeps passing the buck!! Terrible customer service. I need my refund and adidas superstar sneaker ASAP!!
