superbalist terrible

Very dissapointed with their service. an item was delivered when the order was cancelled and they picked it up on the 2nd of October. its been 2 weeks and no refund. today the product was delivered to another friend of mines adress when ut was picked up from a diff adress. I have been on the phn with the manager and diff people who informed me that they will sort this out and today they go deliver it to another person. I am so upset with their service and I am a regular customer
