Superbalist sucks!!!

I have purchased a package on the 23rd November 2018 (paid for same day), delivery to be received on the 29th November 2018, on the 29th November I received nothing.

I called the contact center helpline several times, till today I have received nothing. I have asked to speak to a manager who was "suppose" to call me back within 10 min after cutting the call with the consultant, till now no call back received.

I have never been this disgusted by any other company, the level of service provided is so poor it is actually sad.

Till now no one in the entire company can tell me what is happening and how soon the issue can be resolved, no one even has the decency to call me back after asking to be called back several times.
