SUPERBALIST SUCKS!!!

I have been battling with Superbalist and their couriers to collect a return for more than a week. Constant excuses from online fashion consultants "following up". Couriers never pitch and are unable to honour dates scheduled. I've spent far too much money on phone calls to follow this up. They have ZERO concept of customer service... this is being dragged out to ensure that I won't get my refund I suppose. Couriers claiming that they cannot find my home yet they have delivered here on previous occasions. I'm interested to see how they'll respond to this review.
