Superbalist Sucks!

I bought a pair of heels and wore them for barely 2 hours and they tore causing me to attend the rest of the event barefoot. I tried returning the shoes and they are saying the tear is my fault and they will not do anything about it, the money spent on the shoes went to complete waste. I do not recommend Superbalist at all, because any other shop would exchange the items or give refunds. Superbalist sucks!
