Superbalist suck!!

I placed an order on the 19 September collectively for a total of R8000, these were gift for my future sister in laws bridal shower, they were due between 27 to 01 October 2025, I called every day to get the order on time or before the 28th which was the date of the shower, it failed to arrive. I was informed they are awaiting items from CT warehouse to JHB warehouse, i was even told the 3 items from CT are on route...long story short... i then received an email informing me the order will be delayed to the 6th...due to items ordered...the cake on the top was I was only told upon the order finally getting to me that there was an inventory error and I am due for a refund, the refund was R1200...I was requested bank details, which I provided, they then refunded an incorrect bank account causing me to lose these funds R1200!!!!, i contacted them and was told I provided it and nothing can be done!!! R1200 lost!..i have never had such bad service..I also had to purchase new gifts which put me out of pocket and I was not happy with but had to go with something!!!!..I want something done as I wont take this loss...!!!
