Superbalist suck

My order was delivered on the 11th of April. When I opened the order, instead of it being a New Balance crewneck, it's a Puma sweater. Called the help line and spoke to Fahiem at Superbalist call center. After 2 weeks I got no response. I called back spoke to Ziyanda and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. I was told that the manager is finishing off a call and she'll call me soon. After 30 minutes I call back and speak to Nishaad who told me that the manager will call me back. I said that's what the last person said. And she asked if I could hold, I held the line and then I was promised that the manager will call me back as she's on a call. I'm still waiting
