Superbalist *****s your refund money

I recently bought a pair of trousers for my husband - Rheebok. The size large was to big so I send it back for a medium, after I received the medium, i send it back again as it was to small. That was two weeks ago already. I requested a refund but yet still I have not received anything in my account. After contacting Superbalist they only responded twice in the two weeks and promised that my money was paid over, yet till today I received nothing and still no proper feedback or proof of repayment from them on my order.
