Superbalist *****s from the elderly

My granny has dementia and purchased a voucher by mistake thinking it was for Amazon - and they refused to refund us - plain and open theft - I wouldn’t expect anything less from them though because they always provide clothing that is at a way lower quality than the way that it is presented on the site and always give such terrible customer service. Will be spreading the word and will make sure I don’t shop from here again.
