SUPERBALIST ***** YOUR MONEY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

This excuse of a business doesn't deserve a star because they are *****ing money from us.

I made an order for a friends wedding, the order didn't arrive on time after being promised. I received my order the following week, I collected the package and immediately logged a return there were two items I wanted and 1 I had to return. Superbalist sent me a return confirmation all of a sudden expecting an item they didn't accept? I call again to clear this up, it gets noted, then I get contacted to get told that they didn't receive the MOST EXPENSIVE ITEM ? There is no photo of my return which they're suppose to do.

No one has been any help, I have been **** to way too many times.

Now they want to issue me a refund for almost nothing, excluding the items that have gone missing under their care.
